    Started in March of 2009, PAcanyon.com was created to serve as a guide to visitors to the PA Grand Canyon. Owner and developer, Scott Turner, originally created PAcanyon.com as a helpful source of information for the visitors to his vacation property. The site grew beyond its original design and intention to then include area businesses, along with visitor resources and informational guides.

    Throughout 2010 PAcanyon.com attracted a growing interest from internet users and continued to expand efforts to promote the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, and surrounding areas. With thousands upon thousands of site users, PAcanyon.com proved to be a vital link between tourists and the PA Grand Canyon area businesses. 2010 saw a rise in room rentals with the influx of gas industry business. Though there was a decline in tourism in 2010, PAcanyon.com experienced exponential growth while helping to direct thousands of visitors to the region.

     In 2011 PAcanyon.com again experienced growth, with its busiest month being July, but with its busiest days in October. Through 2012 and to the present, PAcanyon.com has helped to expand visitor interest in the PA Grand Canyon and regional business. Our efforts have proven successful and hence have been continued, along with the on ongoing efforts to improve PAcanyon.com, to add information and improve the site to help the visitors to the PA Grand Canyon area.
